Privacy policy

This page summarizes the product-level privacy approach for BriefFrame. It is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.

What BriefFrame stores

BriefFrame stores the account, profile, client records, work records, deliverables, approval activity, campaign results, usage rights, payment tracking, recurring cost records and workspace preferences needed to operate the product.

How the data is used

Workspace data is used to provide the product, protect access, troubleshoot support requests and maintain the security and reliability of the service. BriefFrame does not require client or agency accounts to access the private workspace.

Public links

Approval and report links are token-based public views. They are intended for specific external review or reporting workflows and do not expose the full private workspace.
